Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after our 5:00 PM (EST) cutoff are processed the next business day. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Below is what you can expect once your order has been placed.

Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
- A $3.75 flat rate applies to orders under $100.
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking details and a link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.
Service area
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally. Please make sure your address is correct before checkout, as we are unable to redirect a package once it has shipped.
Issues with delivery
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
