Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?
We prepare and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is 3 to 7 business days after processing, via tracked courier, for a total of roughly 4 to 9 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a $3.75 flat rate.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

How do the sizes run?
Most of our pieces have a relaxed, easy fit. If you are between sizes or would like a second opinion before ordering, send us a note and we will help.
