Every order is sent with tracked shipping. Here is how to follow yours from checkout to your door.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, so if it has been less than that, your tracking may not be active yet.
2. Track your parcel
Use the tracking number from your shipping email with the courier noted there. Tracking usually begins updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
3. Need a hand?
If you cannot find your tracking number, or it has not updated in a few days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
